About the Role

We are hiring SDRs with strong proficiency in French and English. Fluency in French and English is mandatory to effectively communicate with our clients.

You will be deployed on one of our portfolio companies (fintech, cybersecurity, or AI), working directly on real commercial challenges. This is a structured, high-performance environment, not a volume-based SDR role.

What You’ll Do

Identify and engage high-value B2B prospects across European markets
Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, calls)
Qualify opportunities and navigate complex buying groups
Work closely with founders, AEs, and NSB teams
Use AI tools to improve targeting, messaging, and productivity
Contribute to playbooks, sequences, and outbound strategy
Gain exposure across multiple high-growth startups

Who You Are

Must-have (non-negotiable):
Fluency in French and English is mandatory to effectively communicate with our clients.
Bachelor or Master’s degree
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
High ownership, discipline, and resilience
Preferred:

0–3 years experience in SDR, sales, or startup environment
Comfortable in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
